Fixed tel message

CONFIG PARAMETER: fixed_tel_message <string>

DEFAULT: none

Specifies the string that is sent to a player when they try to teleport while they are set with the FIXED flag.

This configuration option cannot be changed after the server starts. It can only be changed via the configuration file.
