Have zones

CONFIG PARAMETER: have_zones <yes/no>

DEFAULT: yes

Specifies whether zones should be active. If this is off, zone connects, disconnects, commands and other control aspects will be disabled. This configuration option cannot be changed after the server starts via @admin. It can only be changed via the configuration file and will go into effect after the server is restarted.
