FUNCTION: owner(<object>)
FUNCTION: owner(<object>/<attrib>)

The first form of the owner() function returns the dbref of the owner of the object. The object must either be yours or nearby.

The second form returns the owner of an attribute on the named object. You must own either the object or the attribute.
