Machine command cost
CONFIG PARAMETER: machine_command_cost <number>
MUX DEFAULT: 64
Description
Sets the cost for running a command from a machine, as apposed to running it interactively. Each command run has a one in <number> chance of being charged one coin for machine overhead.
