FLAG: LINK_OK (L)

If a room is LINK_OK, anyone can link exits to it (but still not from it). To allow exits to be opened from a location, use the OPEN_OK flag. It has no meaning for people, things, or exits.

The ability to link to a location can be controlled using a LinkLock.
