@ccharge sets cost for communicating on a comsys channel.

Description

COMMAND: @ccharge <channel>=<amount>

This command imposes a charge of <amount> coins on transmitting over a channel. The default fee when a channel is created is 0. All proceeds from communication are given to the channel owner.

Example

   > @ccharge Public=1
   Set.
