Guide for PennMUSH Gods

Javelin's Guide for PennMUSH is a document with information on managing and making source-code changes to PennMUSH. For modern versions of Penn, it has been superseded by a pair of collaborative books: Hacking PennMUSH and Managing PennMUSH. There is still useful information that has not been copied to those books, though.
