The help, wizhelp, and in fact all help-type commands are turned on by the presence of the helpfile or raw_helpfile configuration options. These are either missing in your netmux.conf configuration file, or you have changed GAMENAME in mux.config (for Unix) or muxconfig.vbs (for Windows) so that ./Startmux is looking in the <GAMENAME>.conf file instead of the default netmux.conf configuration file.
