OPEN_OK (z)
If a location is set with the OPEN_OK flag, anyone who passes the OpenLock can open exits from it (but not to it). It has no meaning for exits.
| Note: To allow bidirectional linking to the location, it should also be set LINK_OK and have an appropriate LinkLock.
