@pcreate

Syntax
@pcreate <name>=<password>

@pcreate is a wizard only command used to create a new player with a given name and password. It is most commonly used on private games that don't allow free character creation and on public games when a new player wants to log in from a site that is not allowed to create players.

The command is available on PennMUSH, TinyMUSH and TinyMUX.
